Deteriorating day by day. My latest visit concluded on 7 th December. Interiors have improved, quality has plunged despicably at the bottom, there is scope of improvement in all corners, restraining from perfection of services leads to degrade in business volume. Yess liquor is cheaper than the most around salt lake sector 5. My experience will not allow me a second visit unless cheap priced alcohol is the sole motivation.

Not a very Recommendable place. I wish I could give 2.5 but there is no option. 3 would be too high so had to rare it 2. Ambience does not have that special weekend touch. Exception is a quote of Tagore. Food price were very weird, a plate of fish finger costs Rs.429/- but chicken with bone kebab was for Rs.185/-. I understand the difference between fish and chicken price but definitely could not understand the huge difference. We did not mind the menu but i had to check the menu after the bill. I felt like, popular snacks were tagged with high price for more profitability.

Carry an umbrella anytime you visit. That particular road is famous as bird-nest and for bird-poop. I was a victim and you can be another.

Food was average and not special at all. French fries they served was not the usual fries. It was coated in some batter and did not test good. Pan fried fish, fish finger and the kebab was quite okay.

Avoid using their toilet which is not at all clean. I expected much cleaner toilet after paying Rs.429/- for fish finger.

Been there for a friends day out, a lovely place. And we were lucky, for it was happy hours there as we were informed of (12 noon to 5 evening). We entered the restaurant to be received by an ambient lively atmosphere, nice to the year music and well spaced area. Felt good to have such a nice place in Saltlake Sector V(2 mins from the well known Webel More). Being a foodie and huge fan of delicacies.. plus some strong liquor and beer when with friends. Here I will notch down my cruise through the cuisines and cheers we made.

We decided to have a fun time with starters.. the good combo awaited us as the waiter pointed out what were the best deals (+1 if you are out of options with your selection through their huge menu). We settled for for Sterling Reserve B7 ( B10 was available, but friends wanted to go for the prior), along with two Tuborg Strong beers. Plus the Bahari Tangri (Chicken, very smooth and tasty), and Pankhari (chicken wings, their exclusive dish). It fitted well for the starters, light on stomach yet brought us in the mood. Never have I felt this good at the start, as for my friends they too were on the roll. Well, to be reminded if there are any vegetarians out there, their vegetarians' list of dishes will keep your mind boggling as you sip through their wide selection of both classic liquor to their premium ranges of tequila and vodka. Don't miss out I would say (for this is an over +2).

For the main course we ordered a change of taste, and ordered some Drums of Heaven and Chicken Chilli Dry. The hot and spicy dishes were made quiet a match with Smirnoff Flavour and a Hookah (Pan Masala), as we were easing out our long day. The two TV screens kept us constantly entertained with songs on one, and one of my favourites - the WWE royal rumbles. The spicy food seaped in cool with the vodka, and on a later addition of a Bombay Sapphire (Gin). We went on to order a Fried Katla, to bring in a little Bangaliana, as we vaped from the hookah that pumped in the flavour of Benarasi paan masala. The Happy hours were very happy indeed.

For the conclusion, I can hand you out a flurry of plus points. The dishes were affordably priced, the Indian Drinks were at Rs.2/ml and the beers were at Rs.220 per bottle. The Vodka and Gin were utterly smooth and tasty, and the cuisines were the rightly matched, in taste, fry and spices. The waiting services were on point. And there goes the final (+2). We loved it. As for a long week ahead, we were planning our return to this place to have our expectations served with satisfaction again. There goes my 5 stars justified, and my want to get back here as soon as possible. Bon Appetit.

Located in a secluded place near TCS, Salt lake. One of the most easy-for-your pocket eatery- suitable for both fine dining and takeaways. Liquors are priced reasonably. Ambience isn't top-class but it makes up for it with quality food and alcohol. I visited around 7pm solo to enjoy beer with one chicken dish. Courteous staff. Food and liquor prices are cheaper compared to other bar cum restaurants even during prime time(weekend night). Would visit again!

This place is really a hidden gems for all the people who works in Sector V area. Yes, there are few restaurants in this area that is good for family dining and Hing Bar & Restaurant is such type of place where you can easily dine in with your family members.

Never visit this restaurant , the staffs are rude , the manager is rude the owner is rude. We ordered food and when we received it was stale and stinking we asked to change it , they said it was fresh and denied to change , we wanted to leave the restaurant, the owner stopped us and asked to pay for food ,we said why would we pay for stale food , owner Santanu started abusing us and beating us with his staff. We somehow escaped and lodged a complaint at nearest police station but no action has been taken as we are outsiders

Food is not value for money. Crispy Chicken cost RS279 for 6 pieces only! Hakka noodles was okay for 199. Beer is too expensive at the moment , RS 309 for one bottle of Tuborg and and it was the only brand available. Whisky was expensive too but they had 2+ 1 offer which made it acceptable. Air Conditioners were off and even after turning them on the cooling wasn't great. Maybe the pandemic was too hard, the place looks a bit shabby now.
For the good things - Tasty food, clean glassware, good staff behaviour.
