Unplugged bar and tapas is located on the ground floor of hotel Regenta LP Villas. Its a fantastic place for people who are staying at the hotel or who want to spend some quality time with friends.
The ambience is nice. It's not very big but spacious enough. I went there with my friends a couple of days back to celebrate a friend's birthday.
We first ordered mocktails. I tried the Italian fizz which was refreshing.
Then we tried the Talli golgappa shot. Yes Talli because it was infused with vodka. Served with khatta and meetha paani, it was a perfect start to the party.
The next two things were burak's pita platter and bombaiya vada Pao. The pita bread was delicious, the hummus served with it was delicious and the best thing about it is that it's all made in-house. The bombaiya vada pav was served with corriandor sauce which was spicy and gave a really good taste to the vada pav.
I tied a cocktail then which was long island iced tea or LIIT. It had rum, vodka, tequila, gin,triple Sec, Coke and lemon juice. It was Lit.
That start of the night was mushroom ki galouti. It was so good just melted in the mouth. It's highly recommend it.
And without the main course I couldn't have come out of the place. So we tried the krapao at first. Krapao is fried vegetables with basil beans and chilli on steamed rice. If you like having rice it's a perfect thing for you to try. I'm not a big rice fan but this was so delicious and filling.
We also tried the maska paneer makhani which was really heavenly.
For the dessert we tried the Bailey's brownie and honey dry fruit tart with cinnamon vanilla ice cream. The brownie was so rich and fudgy topped with chocolate sauce. It was perfect with the vanilla ice cream.
Must try- Burak's pita platter, mushroom ki galouti and krapao😋
Overall I had a great experience here, tried lots of things and will highly recommend this place.

Un-Plugged – Bar & Tapas is a part of Regenta LP Vilas managed by Royal Orchid Hotels one of India's fastest-growing hospitality brands. A space where one can indulge to their hearts content, in the finest quality of liquor and scrumptious food. Situated inside the premises of the awe-striking Royal structure, a Bar with an elegant colonial appeal, reminiscent of the cowboy pubs with old oak casks, unpolished wood & jute weaving, lining the walls and ceiling.

Take a moment to acknowledge this place in the outskirts of the town. Their grandeur with an excellent collection of exotic liquors and choices of tapas will steal the attention of the diners. With bartenders displaying their marvellous skills creating those perfect drinks in their fancy glassware, captivating enough to get one intoxicated.

Their signature cocktails have a water base with an exact amount of alcohol for a perfect buzz. Being a part of the Hotel, one can order non-alcoholic beverages which are off menu, for those who might not be into hard drinks & the same will be made available from the main restaurant. Certain perks of hopping in here. And if you get too drunk, don’t worry you can easily book a room and stay in. Haha!

The Manager Mr. Arpit Saklani & the Head Chef Mr. Ashish Shrivastav were the humble host for the evening. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The prices are affordable, breaking the myth that being located inside a hotel would make the food and drinks expensive or hard to afford. A clean and tidy place to chill with friends or just with one of their signature cocktails. I had an overwhelming experience with quality food, beautiful ambience, peppy music and delicious cocktails, and great service to top it off with. Come & enjoy some lip-smacking bites, drinks, and live music schedules. Give them a chance to fascinate you!

I had the best Keema pav in Dehradun along with a bomb tart loaded with nuts and ice cream. It was so rich and tasty.

I loved the drinks too, very refreshing and the ambience is so like party atmosphere. Would recommend it to my friends as well.

Unplugged Bar and Tapas is a perfect place to catch up with your friends. Peppy music, cool mocktails, fancy cocktails, great food and awesome desserts, this place has it all!

Mushroom Gilouti was a sweet surprise (not literally, but yes-a must try for my vegetarian friends). The butter chicken and honey smoked chicken are really good (have to put something for my non-vegetarian buddies too). The brownie with ice-cream is a soulful delight!

Unplugged Tapas and Bar provides a great get away experience from the hustle and bustle of the city life due to its location. Being part of the Regenta LP Villas known for its great service and high quality food experience, Unplugged Tapas and Bar is a promising venture. The décor is very lively and cozy with elegant furniture, exquisite lighting and a grand bar enticing each guest with its cold bar delicacies. The staff in highly trained and welcoming which adds a cherry to the whole experience. The menu is vast with a fine selection of cocktails and mocktails, appetizers and desserts. If the extensive menu is not enough to satisfy your craving you can also order a la carte from the fully functional kitchen of Regenta LP Villas.
Mushroom gilouti and lucknowi keema pao were the stand out dishes with an intricate balance of flavor and richness. In the drinks served are balanced and worth a try. The rich and indulging Baileys brownie is the best way to finish the meal. Overall the place is highly recommended.

Starting with interiors you'll love the woody interiors and a classy sitting bar like ambience this place provides. The lighting is dim that sets the mood and the cozy vibes this place has makes you relaxed. .
🍹Now if you're a cocktail person then you are in for a ride. The level of precision and work they put in while creating exquisite drink is next level. Bailey, LID, Italian Fizz and Old Fashioned are must try. .
🌾Palak Patta Chaat, Bambaiya Vada Paav and Mushroom Galauti are also worth trying. Do try the Mushroom ki galauti and I repeat its worth trying. The flavours will leave you satisfied and the different notes this dish hits on your taste palate is worth experiencing. .
Delightful experience and the food here is really value for money while the drinks rates are at par with good pubs but still for the quality they're offering I think they're value for money too.

Rooted in the lap of the pristine Doon valley surrounded by the lush green Shivalik hills Unplugged Tapas and Bars with its amiable suburb location is a perfect place to detox from the hectic and restless city life. The quests are greeted with beautifully patterned walls, elegant furniture, dimly lit cozy space and an extensively trained and welcoming staff. The décor is playful with exquisite rustic ceiling contrasting to the wooden floor. The attractive and cozy modern bar juxtaposed with the rustic visuals exudes a wonderful dynamic experience. The exclusion of loud details, in color or form helps direct the focus on the nuances of food and the experience of eating which is a critical factor that may be lost in a more elaborate setting. The menu lists a quintessential selection of gourmet nibbles, drinks, exotic and traditional delicacies and seductive desserts with paramount importance to flavor presentation and balance.
We started with some cocktails: Shirley temple, Virgin colada, Green velvet and some mocktails: Strawberry margarita, Old fashioned and Long island iced tea.
Shirley temple and strawberry margarita are best complimented with food.

Starters:
Burak’s pita platter: The homemade bread was quite fresh and tasted so delicious with two homemade hummus and fresh salad.
Lucknowi keema pao: Keema just melted into the mouth with pao.
Crystal dimsums: A appetizer hard to find in Dehradun. The dimsums were a bit opaque but tasted beautiful with dry chilli paste.
Mushroom ki Galouti: The dish was a mind blowing surprise. It was hard to distinguish mushroom and the spices were so entangled.
Lemongrass skewers with stuffed chicken: Stuffed chicken just melted into the mouth and the skewers gave a little hint of lemongrass.
Main course:
Maska paneer makhani: The rich makhani gravy had the perfect blend of spices and had a creamy texture. The cottage cheese was fresh and soft.
Punjabi butter chicken: The chicken was tender with a spicy gravy balanced by thick fresh cream and lives up to the expectation.
Desserts:
Bailey’s brownie: I've never met a problem a slice of brownie couldn't fix and Unplugged Tapas and Bars serves a rich and wholesome portion of the brownie topped with baileys and chocolate sauce.
Honey dry fruit tart with cinnamon vanilla ice cream: The tart was crisp and baked perfectly. The richness and nutty texture of the generous amount of dry fruits topped with the creamy vanilla ice-cream is a treat for the taste buds.
All of it wraps and knots to an exquisitely amalgamated gastronomy and idyllic experience.

This weekend I was in Dehradun and we went for dinner at Regenta dehradun. It is located on chakarata road premnagar. It is on ground floor of building.

Very hygiene place and food was excellent. Specially the mock tails served in the bar was superb and service was quick.

My recommendation: Nice place with good food good drinks.
