This COVID-19 Vaccination centre has current allowed capacity of 130. Looking systematic. Not much crowded. On the spot registrations are also being done through Aadhaar Card.

Totally fraud, currently I am in Delhi and just now received that
"You have successfully been vaccinated with your Precaution Dose with COVAXIN on 11-09-2022 at 03:27 PM."
When I login it's showing vaccinated at UPHC Shahpur Gorakhpur.

Location is incorrect, its on main road(asuran to padri bazzar road) near labour chowk( near vimal school ) one star for location on Google and 4star for services regarding covid 19 vaccination easy and smooth if u reach about 1pm .

The address is absolutely wrong. This vaccination center is in Dharampur, Pipraich road, opposite P. C. Hospital. Do take care when you visit UPHC Shahpur.

Location (address) is totally wrong.
Exact location is Near Shapur Electricity Office opposte to PC Hospital and BSNL Office.

Please provide a telephonic contact of your place. Its hard to reach to you without reaching to your place. Patients from far region can easily contact your hospitality without any problem.

Vaccination centre is well maintained and staff is also very polite towards everyone. Everything was well organized

There is no hospital here. The address of this hospital has changed.
