Very old and big temple. Great peace of mind. Many Street stalls are there selling different types of toys and other Pooja samagri.Great connectivity from Delhi by new eastern peripheral expressway(Rai expressway).Some traffic management and cleaness steps should be taken to improve the quality of the place. Overall very nice place.

Tale behind this temple is very long.. So long story short it's a temple of Saint Gufa wala who was a Shiva Pandit spend his life more than 200 years at this place worshiping lord Shiva and helping nearby villagers in thier hard time By Havans and his supernatural power(he took care of a mad buffalo himself). This place need attention and authorities should involve to improve the safety and security of people as thousands come to worship regularly and on Main festivals like holi , Diwali and Shivaratri.

Old mandir at Baghpat Baraut NH. People having lot of faith and belief on spirituality of this temple. Huge no. Of people visit daily over here and at time of festival like Holi ,Diwali, large no. Of people from Bagpat, Baraut, Shamli, Muzaffarnagar and Meerut villages visit here to have Darshan and do pooja.
