Third class service provider to the customers. The during the movie not open air conditioner and all the people in the hall very uncomfortable. Because only eating money not provide good facilities to the customers. This reason this picture hall not good running in the city. But all over picture hall staff very miss communication guys and the main problem parking stand available but any problems during the stand of vehicle not take any responsibility by the stand owner. I was in stand bike during the movie side mirror on bike anybuddy damage but not provide any claim by the picture hall

Only cinema in Rampur where you can have decent seats and better movie experience

An average theater. Though the acoustics and screen are good, the ambience is not. It has a proper parking lot, but the canteen part is simply pathetic. Stale and cold patties, substandard pastries and unbranded chips!!! Even the washrooms are very bad. Ticket Rates are very modest. It has two screens and the lower one doesn't even have air conditioning!!!

Almost all Seats are broken. I think they are not at ol concerned about customers rating or satisfaction. They charge like pvr for the tickets but doesnt worth it. No cleanliness or no good quality seats, some missing hand rest or sum doesnt slide well. There is no concept of seat numbers, if there is a good movie then it is like taking a seat in a delhi metro @rajiv chowk and the train is about to come.. go. Go go... now if i talk about snacks or drinks first of all they all are local but with branded pricing. secondly, they sell Packaged branded items like chips n colddrinks etc. at more than their Mrps (which is illegal) but they are selling it(uked lo jo ukedna hai). Washrooms are pathetic(n i am talking about boys toilet never saw female one ;)).. all n all u can get seat n can watch @9-12am show peacefully without cheap crowd. MajbOri Ka naAm mahatama gandhi. ;)

Totally waste of money because cinema is fully empty only few couples are sitting and service is not good...

Not good as pvr or inox but decent theatre but families and friends can watch movies no problem with that families friendly
