This shrine is situated on the road side near the entrance to the Thonnur Lake. This is about 4 feet high 4 feet wide and 4 feet long gated shrine built over the stone idol of a snake. There is snake pit near this temple and devotees offer turmeric powder and vermilion here and pray to snake God. The locals worship it as the grama devata or village God.
The locals informed that many of the disputes or fake or illegal dealings or cheating cases and lies get exposed and settled here due to the power of the deity.
One can go to Yoganarashima temple and Ramanuja temple from here too.
