ಈ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎರ್ರಿತಾತನ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವಿದೆ ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನು ದೇವರ ಗುಡ್ಡ ಎಂದು ಕರೆಯುತ್ತಾರೆ.

The mountain is not in good condition, locals are extensively using the rocks for construction purpose, there is a well balanced rock on the top, there are water ponds nearby, there is a small structure which houses Shiva Linga even after a temple on mountain people urinate on top of the mountain and even alcohol bottles are thrown, these kind of people are stupids who don't have sense, in the nearby field to the south of the mountain there is a carving on stone which contains figures of Shiva, Parvathi and Ganesha
