Therapists are well trained and very professional. Neat, non-shady facility. Hence 5 star :) Front desk could be a lot better managed. Appointments management needs to improve.

Pathetic service, untrained therapist, jammed shower handle, flooding of the room while taking the shower, rude front desk.
All this for almost the cost of a therapy at a 5 star hotel at INR 3500 for a 60 minute session!

Definitely a NO NO

My husband and I are very regular to the Thai spa because of their incredible service. Ms. Boinu my therapist at DLF Noida location was the best masseuse till date.

I have been to hundreds of spas and I think this is one of the best ever... i have only taken foot massages here... and I slept in deep sleep... if you need real massage then only go here.... thanks

Total unhappy with service today. Got up mid service and then the front desk has the courtesy to ask for payment. I am a regular customer for years and totally disappointed today.

Wonderful service, trained therapists. They were quite particular about the hygiene bit too, which was quite comforting.

This is good! But the one in Select City Walk, Saket is better. :)
