Rudra spa

Its my first time i thought to go for spa at rudra spa. The person who did the massage her hands were very rough. The towel was some what black. Bed was not comfortable. The guy at reception promised so much which made me think I will get a good massage but it was completely opposite. The jacuzzi did not had warm water. The guy at reception said massage will be for 45 minutes. Believe me not even 25 minutes she did the massage. I think people who are interested in extra service only for them they pay attention because they earn extra through that. I paid 1000 bucks which I think I wasted instead I could have used it in eating something. I would not recommend any one to go if you really need a massage. My first experience went futile. It was worst experience and i think with this i will never be able to go for any kind of massage again. I don't know how the owner is managing it. I think the owner only knows to take money and not delivering the quality as promised.

Staff is not professional receptionists charge massage with full service but staff denial in room & given massage is so hard & very poor. And she behaves like you r pion in this spa. Given to advise go other Spa. This spa not Good. As see all reviews so i confirm to you as given rating its total staff in. This Spa. As your choice you want to go or not Dr.Anil

Electricity problem, Jacuzzi has electric current in it.
No hot water.
Managers are just here to take money from you!

They are just cheating on customers.. Don't ever go for any services. After payment if you complaint for any services.. they abuse u.. extraordinary idiots.
