Komachi Asian Spa

Horrible experience. Had a 30 minute massage. Paid 500 rps. The man who was working at the front desk gave me the massage. 2 minutes in I asked him to stop. It was very clear that he was not a massage therapist. I asked him if he was qualified he said yes for 8 years. I let him continue for another couple of minutes. He at some point got on top of me and straddled me while massaging then dug his elbow into my back and dragged it across my spine from left to right. I made him stop again and asked for a different person. He said no one else could come so I got changed and was going to leave, then another woman came to take over. Since they wouldn’t give my money back I let her finish the massage. She was better, but still seemed to not have any training.

I feel very gross about this situation and to top it off, one of the buddies of the front desk guy followed me out of the mall, tried to talk to me and continued to watch where I would go when I crossed the street.

Do not go here.

Good staff but not hygienic

Very low graded spa centre. Staff is very vulger. They misbehaved with me alot. They don't know how to deal with there customer and how to give respect to them. Very dissatisfied and disappointed by the behaviour and service of there staff. May God gives them the maturity, sense of good thinking and manners too👏👏
