Great staffs and nice view. Did a haircut and bleach. @sabbas @definy were great in hair styling and do a smooth facial bleach.

Yesterday I went to Elle spa and salon and I had the best spa experience there. From their ambience to their services and hospitality everything was just great. I took hair spa therapy and back massage. Their services were so satisfying and relaxing. I will definitely visit them again and I would love to recommend Elle spa to other for sure.

Hi. I am a member of the Spa at Crowne Plaza, Mayur Vihar -1, Delhi.

1. Its been more than 14 months since I have been requesting for bigger gowns , but alas every time I visit, I am being told that next time it would be there. But no luck.

2. Last 2 times when I went for massage on July 2, 2018 and subsequently on July 15, 2018 there was no almond oil available for massage.

3. Many times there are not even combs in the washrooms that u can use after having a bath.

I think Elle has to do drastic steps to improve its services

I recently attended a ‘Spa Party’ at ELLE spa in Crowne Plaza, Mayur Vihar. The spa aims to provide luxury wellness, rejuvenation, and grooming to their guests with the aromatic scents and atmosphere and I don’t agree any lesser. The therapist recommended heavenly Sandalwood and Turmeric Body Polisher in order to get rid of the unwanted dead skin and tanned lines that I had on my skin. After which I experienced their Purifying Jasmine Facial suiting my skin type and concerns. I’m definitely booking myself another appointment with them super soon. 🙋🏻‍♀️

Excellent spa services and follow up. They were kind to give a discount voucher for my parents anniversary due in November and also their scrub is heavenly. Daphne was excellent all through..thanks for the good time.

Great ambience and service by Elle spa and salon. I got my hair spa and back massage done and it was just amazing. After the hair spa my hair is really smooth and lustrous. Thanks to Elle spa n Team 😍

The staff is very well trained and polite and they value your time.
I like the complimentary herbal tea a lot !
I have got manicures , pedicures and facial massages here and the massages are out of this world with only premium products used and the room is exclusive to one client at a time with attached changing room and wc unless you opt for a couples massage.
I just wish the prices were a little more pocket friendly but the service is very satisfying and seems worth the price !
