Best gym soo far . Very friendly trainers and other gym mates. A recommendable place to workout ,extra ordinary variety of machines and lots of space including running track and other accessories for HIIT or circuit training .the gym is well furnished and maintained properly

A perfect place for workout with all the new machines and ample space. Well maintained, effective equipments and the ambiance makes it a promising gym. Timing is also flexible so why wait just join it and give your fitness regime a great boost. The added advantage is that you get certified trainer who can ensure the best transformation.
