I personally feel that the gym is a mere blessing to the local audience of the city and has a standout appeal in every single aspect related to fitness.

The team of coaches is impeccable with sound knowledge of exercise science and also the good old tradition of coaches has been shattered here which relates to the fact that all the coaches here are extremely fit and resemble like any fitness model.

They are really expensive gym, they charge 7000 rs. for a month exclusive of personal training. You are given an exercise routine on your mail plus classes like aerobics, etc. They have really good machines and a supportive staff but still 7k for a month is too much,i wish they could lower it so it could be more accessible.

This gym is undoubtedly the best gym for all serious fitness freaks in Lucknow. Though their charges are little on the higher sides as compared to the other notable gym in town, Iron core Fit gym definitely leaves other gyms in Lucknow behind by miles when it comes to the sheer number of advanced body building equipments this gym offers and the number of most polite trainers available per person. They also offer sauna and changing room with locker facilities. This gym also offers paid body massage services after the excercise. This gym also offers various gym clothing under its brand name, Iron Hyde' which I must say offers complete value for money. Last but not the least, there is ample parking space near the gym available at any given time of the day. Overall, a gym for only seriously health concious people.

The ambience and atmosphere is good but the quality of equipment are pathetic. I won’t recommend. Hygiene is zero. Over rated and hyped gym.
