It's better than the gyms located in around it's locality. The whole of second floor is covered by the gym. There are two sides - one is designated for cardio exercising and the other for strength training. The trainers are very helpful and keep motivating and pushing you. Besides, they are well-informed and training under them bears fruit. The gym is very organised and disciplined and you have to follow certain rules so that things are efficient and swift. Overall, the place is really nice if you're looking to gym in the locality

Trainers are good and the machines are in good condition. There is also nice seperate space for kick boxing and aerobics.

very nice place for working out. It has all the equipment and very good gentry. Well trained trainers who are very cooperative. Very soon the gym is coming up with a live fruit juice counter that will serve fresh juices and protein shakes.

Gym is ok . Does not have steam or bath facility . Gym also isn't functional throughout the day . It doesn't even have only women time. Inder is an excellent trainer

They dont have much space. But the quality of the place is great. When there arent a lot of people around, it feels so premium to work out there. The trainers r nice, you can also get a personal trainer.
