My first experience with HAMMER GYM and have not been disappointed! Excellent personal training ,Trainers who really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and the staff here is incredibly friendly and the overall vibe is great!
I definitely recommend them to my friends and family, every day is a new training so it is never boring 😊

My time at Hammer Gym has been, and continues to be, fantastic. Easily the best gym in town, reasonably priced, and has a superb workout environment. I liked the way they gave me tips and tricks for getting the most out of each workout. I've been going for a while and have already noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall health. This gym offers the most positive spirit, staff, and atmosphere. Everything is so spotless that every trainer keeps a careful eye on everyone's form and corrects it as needed. KAJAL TIWARI, one of the trainers, deserves a special mention. She's always been warm, friendly, and generous. Excellent personal development. I would really suggest it!🙃

This is one of the best gym in Lalitpur, the floor is massive, people are nice, equipments are in good condition. Been working out for past couple of days and have no complaints. The vibe of the place is just too good and motivates you to achieve your fitness goals. And thanks to my personal trainer Kajal who is very generous and makes my workout fun not a chore.😊😊

Awesome gym with positive atmosphere ..Variety of equipments available in gym for weight loss. I want to give special thanks to my personal trainer Kajal. Because of her only, I am able to loose 4 kg in one month even without following proper diet. She motivates in a way that you don't want to skip gym even for a single day.
