Best gym in Banda. The place is perfect and has a lot of open space outside. The gym has all the equipment necessary for all the workouts you can imagine. It is cheap, has air conditioning, a very supporting and helping instructor and has a nice sound system too.

The best thing about Neo Gym is that they have started safe and actuve gym batches for Females.

This gym is a part of harper club. They have all the necessary equipments for exercise. Boys and girls have separate timings. They also run cardio classes which i think is very beneficial for the guys who are planning to loose their weight. They also have locker facilities. Monthly fees is 700. Little congestion is only the problem here otherwise gym is very good.

Very bad experience of mine..the soo called trainer's of the gym is very agressive behaviour is not relevant they dont even know proper exercise the trainer as well as the owner of the gym.

Very nice shooting range and nice Gym, Nice 👌 every person is carrying helpfull so happy...
