Anup Gym

I have been working out here since 2011 and I am greatful to Mr. Anup Dixit who guided me throughout these years and provided me with the best of nutritional advice. I really recommend this place. The best thing here is the atmosphere and helpful, amicable nature of Anup Bhaiya.
I really love working out here and will continue to work out here as long as I am in Kanpur.

Polite and experienced Instructors. Much better than other gyms out there. Air conditioned and hygenic environment along with plenty of gym equipments help me stay fit.

Anoop is a very good trainer and maintain gym equipment very well we feel better and ofcourse it's a best gym in Kanpur

If you want to do peaceful gym join this place .Mr. Anup helps people to make your body fit . He will clearly tell cons of steroids and never recommend anything which can effect your body .
Mr Anup always make sure that place is safe and decorum is maintained , gym works on quality principal not the quantity one.

Very costly and poor services. They have strength section at basement which used to be water clogged many times during heavy rains. Also there is no proper gym feeling, they don't have a proper music system or ventilation.

I came to kanpur on rakhi for a week to my parents on rakhi. Wanted to join a gym in between so that my workout doesn't lag. Talked to Mr. Anup and he denied for any person to join just for a week even when I am ready to pay. That very poor Sportsmanship. I wont recommend anyone to go to such money minded entity.

Great experience, nice guidance by bhaiya...
best in class equipment available...only thing is you need to be punctual and don't skip you will see great results.
