Talwalkars Gym

I've been going for the last few days and I've been to a lot of gyms before and its not up to the mark!
Women are not supposed to use one of the rooms after 6 because only men use it and all of us are shifted into a smaller room in the evening that hardly has any space for cardio.

The gym has all the necessary equipment as well as a trainer and dietician. The machines are out of order a little more often than they should be but other than that, all is good. The gym is air-conditioned. There's facility for a sauna bath and a beauty parlour adjacent to it so basically, it is a all-in-one package.

So take proper equipments.

Its a fake talwalkar gym ! Neither is the ambience good nor the trainer ! The trainer keeps on insisting for personal training despite the heavy gym fees ! avoid this gym or waste your money ! U can go to gold gym if u r rich or some other nice gym but certainly not this one

This gym wants some changes, but i started working out from here it is not bad.

Only ladies are allowed not gents. Situated in a dingy ground floor of an apartment in Swarup Nagar. Also serves as a massage and beauty parlor.
