मेरा अनुभव अच्छा नहीं रहा. Trainers के पास समय नहीं हैं क्लाइंट पर फोकस करने के लिए. और अगर आप पर्सनल ट्रेनिंग के पैसे देते है तो भी ना तो ट्रेनिंग मिलती है ना ही पैसे वापिस.
