I used to train in Gurgaon and was looking for some upto the mark gym in Bahraich and Happy Gym is really the type of gym I was looking for. I tried popular gym of bahraich too for one month but it was so congested and crowded at the same time. Happy gym is hell spacious and well equipped with all the machines. There is a separate space for cross fit and cardio. You can even enjoy yoga on certain days. Abhay Sir and Mam are very talented and very well versed with science behind body .
