F7 GYM

Wish I could give 10 Stars !!!! As others have mentioned, F7 is for sure One of the best Gyms in the City and truly a life changer for me personally. The best thing which I dont think you can find anywhere else is that the owner himself is really-really passionate & knowledgable about health and fitness, and interacts with each individual member to share his thoughts & guidance. The Equipment is TOP CLASS & the Trainers are truly dedicated & have great knowledge. F7 has almost become my second home and I feel I'm fortunate to have found this gym. I want to thank the whole F7 Team from the bottom of my heart for BEING THE BEST !!!

Good gym in Pammal area ... It would be helpful if the equipments are maintained too, there are some which do not work anymore. For instance the rowing machine and abs roller. Foam roller could also be very useful...

I am not complaining guys, gym is good. It would be helpful if the above mentioned are taken care too

Have been a member of a few gyms in the past, but F7 is the best.

International standard machines.

P. S: I see few complaining about the high cost, I tell you ppl, for the infra you get at F7 what they ask is very modest.

This one is best in my area surrounding of Pallavaram, well the trainers here are really friendly and guided me wen commit mistakes during workout on their own interest which is very rare to find in other gyms in Chennai , and also helped around for my weight loss transformation .

Incredibly clean, great machines with experienced staff.... Are you searching for a fitness gym try f7... visit once and u won't go without joining and even u can't stay home coz of laziness.

F7 Gym with all-rounder for all kind of fitness service. They have got boxing , zumba and dance training too.Spacious campus with good number of Car and Bike Parking. At the ground floor there is provision to do cross training and open air jogging etc.The design of the work out space is also good.

Constant updating and maintenance of equipment will definitely keep this fitness centre among top in the locality.

Manoj is my trainer in F7 gym. He is very meticulous and causious in providing exercise to the clients according to their strength and weekness. I hav reduced up to 6 kg within 1.5 months
