I usually don’t like to go to Gyms and other fitness centers but this one is different. It is a crossfit fitness center where they change the exercises as per your comfort level. If you don’t like doing squats then they would suggest you different set of exercises to achieve the same result. They also have 3 sample classes so if anyone is interested, you should go and attend those classes and decide for yourself if you really want to go with it. I recommend Metabolistix from my own experience. Already lost 4 kgs in 1.5 months😃

Amazing service and group classes. The instructors are well trained and disciplined. I love their Zumba sessions. 😄
