Very nice experience. Owner is a very understanding person. He listens to your problem and then suggest remedies. Proper medical and measurements are taken and then monitored through out. Trainer is also a very knowledgeable person. He knows what to excercises to make you do so that you can attain maximum fitness. Overall a very nice experience.

One of the finest Gym of sikar ,with almost every equipment required for a good balanced training.
Environment of the gym is a plus with very experienced trainers.Will suggest everyone to give atleast a visit.

Situated at the most accessible location in sikar city - Basant vihar. This Gym equipped with all the modern excercise machines. The Gym has separate male and female experienced trainers for personal training. The gym also have its jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. These facilities followed by separate shower and changing room with individual lockers. The gym has its own pantry area for essential beverages. A separate space for aerobics and other activities is there. And ofcourse the Gym has all the basic services like Music, CCTV, Mineral water, Air Conditioning etc. The Gym staff is Real cooperative and Professional. The clients are mostly Doctors and working professionals which makes a great intellectual environment totally focused on health and fitness.
