This is a good gym, suited for all ,apt for begginers has all the necessary machines. With the future expansion plans, this place would be a nice one for all.

Most amazing gym and facilities are quite good

Very good Gym and cardio facilities are available here and no other Gym nearby offers such good service :-
- Clean and hygiene
- Odour free
- Amost every Dumbbell and Barbell of every size available.
- Machines are also available for each body part
- Cardio area is big and ventilated
- Best part is Gym area is temprature controlled

Superb...

Worst management, they don't update you about the timings, even they have lied on their Google timings. This gym doesn't open from 6 AM till 9PM. They take break in the afternoon till evening and they don't even care about to mention on Google. How unprofessional! I just settled here in Jalandhar for the first time and this is very disappointing.
