Gym Xtreme .H.S.tower, Rama Mandi ,jalandhar,Punjab144005.

It's the best gym to be found in Rama Mandi. I have tried 2-3 gyms earlier but haven't recieved such good guidance from any of them, which led to me quitting. I have joined Gym Xtreme 4 weeks ago and have gained incredible stamina. The owner of the gym Mr. Ravinder Kumar has helped us(me and my sister) by preparing a proper workout schedule and diet plan which was very much required as I am a novice towards gyming. And an another thing which i hadn't felt in any of my previous gyms is that i dont want to miss a single day of my training.

The staff is very helpful and motivating. Being a woman, I always had concerns about the environment of the premises, but the environment here at gym Xtreme is safe and confortable. Moreover, other members are also friendly and helpful.

Best training in Rama mandi.Never seen such a good training yet.The way of talking with their members and staff is very good.The atmosphere of gym is very good specially for girls also.Please visit Gym Xtreme once🙏🙏

A well equipped health centre with a professional trainer. It is worth mentioning here that the head trainer, former Mr Asia, is a great motivator and down to earth person.
