The Muscle Nation Gym

I had went there earlier. So the gym hygienic values are really nice as well as had a good and caring staff. But after all this gym follows one rule that makes it a different gym from other gym is women equality as there is no separate time slotting for male or female anyone and anybody can come here any time . And the trainers are strict as well as caring also . They do there job with whole hearted . Gym is having modern machines and focus on bodybuilding through exercise and hard-work. Does not prefer more of protein shake or other drugs for bodybuilding..

I'd say the gym is very nice.. Centrally located in a market place.. is big and spacious.. the trainers have ample know how about bodybuilding.. there's usually no seperate time for men and women which is a good thing.. and women consider this gym safe as it's located in a busy area and the owners are strict with nuisance creators.. the subscription includes steam bath and cardio sessions (for which there's a seperate space and time)and therefore is recommended..

My son has joined the gym for around on around 23rd of June but even today he doesn't have his excerise card (Schedule). Trainers used to ignore him so, from today i.e he will discontinue even his subscription is till 23rd Sept 2019. If you can not excerise of your own do not join.

Gym has sufficient fitness trainers to provide proper guidance to the clients. All fitness trainers are certified and having extra ordinary skills related to their work. The ambience of the gym is superb. You feel great while exercising there. The atmosphere is so lovely. All the fitness equipments are modernized and easy to use.

Best place for workout...Ample space, Good equipments. Trainers are always so upbeat, motivating, and encouraging.
