Trainer is good and works hard.
the fee has to be paid for the whole month even if u attend for 10/15 days. The owner has stringent guidelines for it.

One of the best gym in town . It has every exercise equipment available here.have very cheap joining fee they also give discount for joining for 3 months. Ther avre several professional trainers available so you don't feel lack of assistance at all.ideal location,very spacious ppace ,air conditioning available.

perfect gym, separate female coach for girls who is expert in bhangra n aerobics...

well maintained,trainers available ,open for long hours without break (5:15 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) ..
i will prefer to go during noon time
,less people and more free machines available at this time .

Trainer is good. Owners are polite and very nice. Good for cardio and strength.
