I love this place ... woman can also join .... coach made separate area for ladies where they can freely workout... coach is very knowledgeable person .... so he tells u schedule as other like and also polite .... in this gym i feel energetic atmosphere

Good place for workout. Trainer is helping and has good knowledge about diet & exercises. Equipments and machines are all new.
