Never thought I would like to "train" in a gym but Gold core has completely changed my mind and transformed my body!! I came there 3 months ago and after seeing the fit and smiley crew walking in , I decided to give a gym routine a go. The trainers at gold core offered me incredible guidance and the gym is simply just a fun place to hang out. It's a spacious gym with fantastic equipments and knowledgeable trainers. I highly recommend it for females as the ambiance of gym is great and very comfortable to train.
