Swasthya The Gym

I've been a member since 1 year now. The Faculty is always friendly towards the trainees and moreover professional and attentive. I've changed so much physically since the day I joined. A big part of my motivation to thrive for better is Mr. Yogesh. Above all, I love my trainer (neeraj). He is wonderful at motivating me to reach my goals and has really encouraged me to stay on track with my lifestyle. He is constant high energy, optimism, and very communicative.

So if your goal is to get in a Real workout, then Swasthya Gym is the place for you.

I joined swasthya by Aug' 2012. i lost extra 13 KG also gained excellent strength & stamina. swasthya having well qualified & trained instructors, they guide proper workout and paid equal attention to every member. here i understand the real meaning of health & diet...... Thanks a lot to all swasthya gym team & special thanks to yogesh sir.

Before joing swasthya gym i tried so many gyms but i never feel satisfaction. Now I have joined gym from feb' 2016. Lost almost 15 kg in 3 month. Trainers are good and coprative. Nice infrastructure. Very nice atmosphere. I enjoyed a lost my workout at swasthya the gym & fitness crnter........ thank you so much all swasthya team & special thanks to my trainer mr. Pawan.

Good place to workout, only concern is bit of Proffesionalism & no efforts to measure the results on the improvement for individual. There should be system to evaluate the Members weekly or by weekly routine & guide them accordingly .

Excellent place for work out owner and trainer both are good general exercise
People are also getting full attention.
Moreover it's totally neat and clean place for work out.....
