On a different level considering other gyms in the vicinity. Clean hygienic and spacious. Nice selection of equipment from basic weight lifting stuff to trx kettlebell s heavy bag and not to mention clean kept washrooms and steam room along with a saloon n a snack bar.

Great, fully equipped gym spread over 2 floors, with a cardio area, HIIT and boxing area, and a trainer available (I think for free). Protein smoothies are available. Cost is 500 INR for one visit, a bit pricey but it's a premium place. There's a/c and towel service, change rooms, and a salon!

Fairly expensive. The front desk manager doesn't have any sense of talking politely with anyone. No guidance at all. The gym is usually bombarded with the useless people. The infrastructure is really good but the human resources working there is impatient, illiterate, and impolite.

I was Visiting Amritsar for a day and luckily found ths Dawn Gym thru search conducted on Google...

I m a fitness enthusiast and hail from New Delhi..Never Ever seen a gym with this much of CrossFit stuff , Calisthenics and many more...

Though identifying staff and coaches was difficult because of No dress Code.. Rest awesome experience..

was very bad experience ! The monthly fee is 2000 but They turn off AC and lights. It was very bad experience that the owner denied to turn on AC.

Located near to Sultanwind gate. Gym has separate cardio, weight and bhangra training section. Equipments are in very good condition. They charge Rs. 2000 for a month but can provide huge discounts when u purchase membership for a year. Trainers are also very qualified and humble. Overall GYM has good ambience and worth for every penny.
