Its not always about lifting heavy weights ,good environment n good people does matter……..
Every gym can provide u with equipments but personal fitness motivation n step by step guidance with certified trainers is what push u to be consistent in your journey….

If you are looking for a fitness community with good vibes , fun people that encourage you to socialise then give this place a go.There is something for everyone here ..be it hardcore bodybuilding or getting into shape while having fun. In short Its a very fun place to be at while having your fitness journey.. a fitness club . The trainers are well trained professionals with good people skill and encouraging attitude. Give it a go , its value for money !

Before joining this gym,looked around a lot of other gyms!! Found the best staff behaviour, proper hygiene maintained, not so crowded, experienced trainers, most of the equipments present except for manual bench press which is okay as they have other chest machines, budget friendly!! Best part they have proper deadlift platform, which most of the gyms don't have!! I have been working out here for about a month!! So far no issues faced!!

I've been arround the city and visited the gyms. It won't be wrong to say that Stark gym Maintains its sanitization and ambience. Fully automatic air conditioning, even the instruments are manually sanitized twice a day. Flexible and Simple gym administration. And it has a proper squat rack.,!
Can't ask more and can't complain about anything!

Also, there has been misconceptions about timing. Officially gym is not to be opened until 6- 6:15 Am people complain as they want it to be open by 5:30.…!

Buddies, cut that gym guy some slack the amount of work he has to do,... For maintaining the hygiene is tremendous.

Timing is 6 am till 9:30 to 10 pm 🌟
Pricing : Below market average!
Trainers : Young and Friendly.! (I find them amiable, usually go to a gym and the trainer throws attitude)
Owner himself is present even though they manage multiple gyms in twin City.

Best in class safety for Women... They have a Lady Trainer assigned specifically for Women for their comfortability.!

I have been working out in this since last 4years……I find myself wonderful with the classes been taken here…. be it Zumba,Yoga,aerobics,PT,Core …. It’s near to my place for which I am more happy. The trainers are very humble and keep us with ease while working out. I am working out since last 20years but now after COVID I see rarely gyms have forgotten to sanitise every nook and cranny of the gym but here they are so particular about the cleanliness. The number of mats on the floor and how they are being sanitised speaks about the healthy ambiance of the Stark Gym ……..love this place my second home indeed ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
