Challenges faced by clients in BHC while working out.

1:- The equipments, dumbbells are not well maintained.
2:- Not all but some iron bars are bend and can't be used properly.
3:- Receptionist is not switching on the air conditioner while working out as a result of which it feels like suffocating.
4:- Treadmill and some cycling equipments are not in working condition since some years even after complaining the manager is not fixing the issues.
5:- Some parts of the floor also needs to be repaired.

No actions are taken to solve the issues.

Trainers are very friendly and cooperative in every area of gym well management and well equipped bbsr helath club is one of most precious place for yoga, fitness and body building

I joined them for a month but I must say this is the best gym in Bhubaneswar. Very friendly trainers and they have all types of equipments. The gym is very spacious

The trainers are not good and professional at all. The service is worst in comparison to other bbsr health club branches.

The worst gym ever.dnt take admission over here as they r only cheating people.its an real review after experiencing the service.if u ll opt for personal trainer by paying more that may be work if not them go for cult fitness instead of this worst and ridiculous gym.they r bad with their behavior and service after Taking money.
