I would definitely recommend this place for workout. Yoga, Aerobics, Zumba, Cardio . One can find all types of gym equipment along with personal trainers who motivate you a lot. Sanitation is maintained and overall a good environment to work out. One of the best gym in the town.

You can get guidance on gymming, jumba, streching, weight loss etc.
Steam bath facility available.
