This place is the perfect start for all ma ladies trying to hit start on that fitness goals. But not sure about the advanced fitness freaks.

The staff is friendly , have equipment that are enough for the beginners plus an amazing steam bath twice a week.

Over all this gym is totally worth the money.

Though the gym isn't very big, it has all the necessary equipments and also has a steam bath. They guide us through our routine and also have a diet planner. The ambience is nice.

It's a small gym but has almost all equipments. The staff is fine. They have a steam and clean washrooms.
