Abs Fitness & Wellness Nashik

Very Small Space & Not value for Money
Gym is very small and too crowded,not ideal for a good long workout.Yearly membership for such a tiny gym
is not worth it.So I didnt take it up.
Also at the same price there are other gyms in the city which are more value for money.

Worst gym in nashik..alot after cost cutting..closes at peak hours as per trainers convenience.not recommended at all.

It is a good gym with various equipments. You can find multiple treadmill, spinning machine. Ample of benches, dumbbells, weights. Gym is in huge space. Over all good gym

Cons:

1. There are leakages in multiple areas of gym floor during monsoon.
2. People don't re reck their used weights and dumbbells which cause huge problem to find the needed weight for your workout..

Spacious gym with good lighting and they have every type of machines for every exercise.
Staff's behavior is very polite and helpful.

Very clean n good viberation zone for fitness with good trainer n staff

ABS Fitness is all good staff also good all over gym is good ❤ i like it.

Awesome atmosphere and vibes for fitness freaks... Just my favourite place to vent my energy out...

The best gym with a very good atmosphere all the trainers are so supportive and good they help you with everything even if you have not taken PT just loved the experience 😊
