Gold's Gym

Pretty regular gym with all the basic necessities. The machine maintenance could be a little better. They keep organizing some events every month so that's a positive note. At peak hours parking could be an issue but they have a valet so it is a little manageable.

The gym is okay, with adequate amount of equipment ( old but functional). The issue is with the trainers. Most of them are literally the worst thing about this gym. And no, I'm not even talking about personal trainer who you pay, I'm talking about those who just stand and watch wearing a trainer Tshirt. They have issues with customers working with heavy weights, since the dropping of these weights makes their supersensitive ears hurt. More often than not they block the equipment or the weight racks by simply standing there and gossiping amongst each other. Not all trainers are bad, some are really good, who have a good physique themselves and motivate and help you achieve your goals, but there's few bad apples who make others look bad as well. I hope they try to become better and be atleast a little considerate towards their customers. There's nothing special or different that this particular gym offers compared to evolve, aimfitness and others, even their annual price is similar to golds, in fact, golds actually greatly lack in certain areas. We've been coming here for years now, and it feels good to come back, but these trainers ( some of them ) are horrible and make me want to switch. If you're an athlete and serious about working out and your goals, please consider a different gym.

A third class use of an excellent space.
Useless management not responsive towards feedback.
Cheaper crowd attracted by lucrative discounts.
Unfunctional or Partially functional Air Conditioning, steam, changing room and streching rooms.
They find the cheapest techniques for cost cutting i.e switching off AC in changing rooms, cardio and streching rooms and during odd hours.
Useless trainers unless you take Peronal trainer .If you are a female then be prepared to be oogled all the time by creeps .

Some of the equipments in the cardio section need upkeep. And the changing room needs a proper pest control. Also haven't seen the equipments being cleaned in between usage. Staff is good. They got a guy to help park the car during peak hours.

Personally i trained with golds gym from last 3 years i have a great experience with a good and friendly reception staff ,good trainers with helpful and experience nature ,(akshay,aniket) ,good equipment, clean washroom,healthy environment for workout, affordable gym,organize trecks,functions and other activities ..

Working out since 2 years . Amazing and courteous staff… special mention to Saddam, one of the best trainers

Still need improvement. Central air conditioning doesn't work . Equipment break down often . treadmill doesn't has a power backup which causes instant stops when power outage.
