The Red Gym

One of the most comfortable place I've been through. It's giving us opportunity to be round gym look at facilities and have free trial I like that! Staff members are friendly and do not force for admission they deal patiently and help me solve my doubts too. Their fitness routine helped me a lot to weight loss now I'm relived

I've been working out in this gym past 5 to 6 years already now. The gym has almost all the equipment and some floor trainers and staff are good. The only bad thing about the gym is timing. First it use to be open for 24*7 but due covid pandemic the gym has been shut for whilee, now its open from 6am to 11pm and closed on sunday. Atleast the management should keep it from 6am to 12am and keep it open sunday’s, bank holidays, govt holidays. There is no use of closing the on such holidays, all other gyms are open for 365days, i kindly request to update the same if posible.

Great place to train, Friendly Trainner and Staff. Due to the covid break the decor of the gym is affected a bit but that doesnt affect your training so overall good place to workout.

I've been working out in this gym past 3-4 years already now. The gym has almost all the equipments and the staff is good too. You can use the free trials to see if your comfortable or not.

Had a great experience working out. Rupali was very helpful making me understanding about the gym. Highly recommended for the neighborhood.

There are many illegal trainers growing ( RED GYM KHAR ) These illegal Trainers find the existing & newly admission of gym members who just sign charge them 6000 rupees and shocking thing is that members themselves have no idea that they are illegal trainers coming from outside who just grab the members to give ( PT ) to them and I've even seen many illegal trainers dating girl clients in the gym. The inhouse trainer has no idea about what is going on and not even members know this sort of thing.. These illegal trainers don't know how to train people and they are only interested to grab money from the members which I found out starts with 6000 rupees a month.. its absolutely disgrace to learn about these illegal trainers grabbing members in the gym. The access to illegal trainers need to get blocked from entering gym who are getting in big numbers now who mint money of gym and also use machine many times.
