I have been with swapnil sir for two years, and I must say he is best fitness teacher. I have history of underweight and even doctor said I can gain weight once I settled. But actually after joining gym and following proper diet, I have gained weight of 4 kg in span of two months only. It really gave me confidence. My confidence has also improved. Apart from that gym striker also involved in trekking and social activities. So you must go for gym striker!
