We are being given training that is common yet very special. The coaching approach the trainers have towards members is beyond words. Diet, Weight loss and body building are all designed very well that members can't resist walking in and out regularly. Hygiene is maintained at great level. Everything, we need to call it a Gym, is available here. Thanks One Life!

Now this Pandemic situation GYM sanitize after two hours.

And about the gym, all equipment are there and gym trainer is personally teach every move that how to Do.

My personal suggestions is that if u want to join the GYM then must visit to " ONE LIFE".
