It's a clean and fully equipped Jim . All machines are available and ambience is very neat and clean and maintained . Many of fitness lovers visit from morning 5am to 10pm .

Most all equipment are available. trademill, crosstrainer and spinning machine/ cycle are also available for cardio.
This gym is also from ladies, tyming 1:00pm to 5:30pm. For ladies there are a male trainer of experience 7 years. He is a good professional trainer.
You also can buy suppliments from here, if needed or as trainer said.
