Fitness-11 the Gym

Welll equipped,amazing n co-operating trainer,but the crowd is pretty bi*chy ,i mean ppl around who comes to workout they body shame others, those who come to workout should actually mind thier own businesss rather thn judging others...even the trainer got into them n continued which was bad n sad....🫤👎🏻

I personally liked the gym in term of trainer. The trainer Alam there was very helpfull and good in communication and always use to help with weight lift form and showing new variation. Even the gym was spacious never felt like there is a very huge amount of crowd.

Nice and quality gym. The trainers are best specially thanx to Alam sir. Other trainers are good to Vaisher sir and irfan sir....all trainer will guide you with work out stuffs without any ego. The owner Sufiyan bhai is really good and understanding. The crowd is decent here no cheap crowd. It's safe. Would definitely recommend to join here.

The gym is maintained really well and hygienic. Even during covid you can see them sanitise the place efficiently. The outdoor surroundings of the gym are irrelevant once you step in. The trainers are helpful too including Vaishak and Alam.
Shubham as a personal trainer however will elevate you on another level. He's highly motivated and knowledgeable about fitness. He's attentive and will shadow you as a precaution towards injury. I would recommend him as a trainer and a coach to everyone who wants to smash their goals.

Fitness 11 has become the most political and rubbish gym. Every1 use steroids here not safe here. no parking space also. no propr equipment. hardly 14 to 15 machines. dumbbell r also brokern… cockroch in changng room. hardly 2x2 washrm which always closd
Talk very rudely also.. evrythin is allowed to their frnds. thy wont tell anythin to thm if they thrw dumbbell also. Frnt desk riyaz is worst
