Lifestyle gym beed

The lyfestyle gym is great and awesome. By experience this is best gym in whole beed. I have join this gym before 2 months and my weight is aprox 82-83kg And now my weight is 74kg. The communication between boys and trainers are very good. Aman sir are awesome and also all trainers.

Hello ,I found these gym very good with all required equipment,gym is very clean and neat,amreen ma'am who is trainer at ladies gym is too good ,she has deep knowledge of all exercise and equipment she guides very nicely,also she is very kind ,also she take general session which includes (zumba+ aerobics+ warm up+ and lil kind of power yoga)these sessions is awesome,thank you Amreen ma'am
