Talwalkars

I am doing exercise in the Gym for past 6 days. The Gym has three floors. Please see my review below:
Pros:
1) Good parking space
2) Good cardio section
3) Some equipments are good.
4) Better in comparison to local village gyms.

Cons:
1) No Support from the staff/trainer at all.
2) Basement exercise zone is a total mess.
3) Age old equipments/cardio equipments. One could fill the rust in it.
4) Washrooms are dirty.
5) Worst in comparison to the best in the business. comparing with Mumbai/Delhi/Lucknow/Chennai/Assam/Gurgaon gym.
6) Talwalkers brand standard not maintained.
7) Fees charged is more than the quality of services provided.
8) No exercise routine card prepared for me. They didn't even bother to ask.
9) No fitness test

Suggestions:
1) Please train your staff to help other members too. If short of staff, please hire few more staff.
2) Hygiene is priority. Dirty washroom is not acceptable at all. Use dettol, Harpic and floor cleaners to maintain the hygiene.
3) Please buy new equipments. If can't, then please oil and paint them properly.
4) Please visit few other well maintained Gym, to understand and upgrade the gym requirements.
5) Please do some fitness test of the members and suggest them with proper exercises.
6) Please prepare exercise routine cards for the members.

Very good gym for your fitness.. but if you don't take personal training then it is little bit difficult for you to come up in good shape. Negative point of this gym is they do not train good if you don't have personal trainer.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness and seeing them always clean give you that peace of mind.

This is the worst of the worst Gym i have ever seen in my life, the main purpose of Talwalkar is only to grab the money from the customer. They offer bundle of services in a pack and after taking a membership, services are removed without giving any confirmation/notification to Customer. Its a waste of Money and Time. Better to switch to other Gym.

Consider this Gym only if you are looking for personal trainer. They don't bother at all for clients who have not opted for Personal trainer. There are no floor trainer to attend and guide you.

Very poor experience the lady who was sitting on the reception was least interested to explain us about gym
I am Ex- Employee of Talwalkars it's my suggestion to Talwalkars management please provide some kind of sales training to your reception staff that girl was not even smiled

The infrastructure is a little old, but the packages are awesome. Membership options include free massages, aerobics and Nuform, a new age fitness machine.

The girl named Surekha sits at the reception she is so unprofessional and inefficient
She is always on her phone and least interested in members requirement or willing to solve their issue
I am following up from a month about an issue I am facing (still remains Unsolved) to which she could not help so I requested her to help me connect with top management
Even after visiting gym Multiple times, calling up multiple time she was unable to help me so I dropped a written query to Komal kolhatkar (from top management) to which she replied asking me to pay extra charges for the changes in membership, but even that message was not passed on to me by Surekha (receptionist) in real time basis
Just when I was about to burst she tells me that Komal maam has mentioned something about the issue and she forgot to pass on that message until I dropped in at the gym
And after several requests calls a senior person of their team Mr.sameer who spoke to Komal maam about the issue which she could have done at the initial stage instead of wasting my an hour
Komal kolhatkar (from Top Management) was not providing her time even after requesting for a small issue solving meet numerous times
They are expecting me to miss my work just to meet Komal kolhatkar as she drops in during my work hours and Sunday’s she has an off but they don’t consider helping me with her professional number or mail I’d even after requesting it for multiple times
It’s their job to help clients be it top management or a level down (just letting them know)
Surekha the receptionist speaks to me in tu tadak and tell me ehh tu Chup kar
Sales training required
Please help Surekha with some insights on how to talk to a customer
Also to reach top management has to be Easy
Implement open door policy
But u have lost a member forever
I will never join Talwarkar khewra circle or any branch of Talwarkar ever in my life
I wish google makes a provision to give a minus rating
Talwarkar deserves a minus
