We have different divisions like -
"Strength" section for weight gain
"Cardiovascular" section for loose weight
"Zoomba dance" section for aerobics

So we have more choices to choose what we really required.

Very easy to reach, easily available public transport. No problem for personnel vehicle parking.

But I feel they can improve the music system and working timings.

More over very reasonable membership fee.

The gym equipments are awesome and one of the finest gym I can say Katni is having!!

Nice place for fitness, well maintained equipment and pleasant environment.

Well maintained with cleanness , and good machines too but you can also prefer others gym which have similar facilities
