THOUGH BOTH OF THEM ARE WOMAN.
BUT BEING IN A DIFFERENT AGE GROUP,
THEIR NEEDS AND PURPOSE OF GOING THERE WERE DIFFERENT.

SOO DEFINETLY I NEED THE TRAINER.
IT'S FURTHER IMPORTANT TO HAVE A RIGHT TRAINER
TO MOTIVATE YOU, GUIDE YOU AND MENTOR YOU CORRECTLY AND PROPERLY.
INITIALLY FOR COUPLE OF MONTHS I WERE UNDER RAHUL SIR.
AND AFTER THAT I NEED SOME CHANGE SOO I ASKED WAJID SIR
AND WITH HIM I CONTINUED FOR 2 MONTHS.
I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY AND SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS WITH WAJID SIR.
FURTHER THE GYM HAS TWO SHIFTS.
AS PER OUR NEEDS WE CHOOSE SHIFTS.
THOUGH WE HAD A WORD BEFORE HAND TOO WITH OUR RESPECTIVE TRAINERS.
PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS COMES
BUT YES BEING A WOMAN I FELT EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND SAFE.
AND THIS PLACE IS BEST WHEN U ARE LOOK FOR A GOOD AND FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT IN UJJAIN

This place is good for all round workup.
Whether calisthenics, HIIT or heavy lifting with adequate machines and guidance from trainers and floor manager.
Other amenities among workout are massage, bathing, temporary locker system, nutritional plans, hot & cold shower facilities and steam bath.

With all the other things mention, an important piece of information that may help you is that there is a supplement store too.

Great environment thanks to Mr Rahul Singh Bhadoria sir guide us very well really pleased to join .they always motivate and inspire us to do more exercise. Good weight training excellent personal trainers available at affordable cost . Thanks and regards. Manish TIWARI
