The trianer is friendly and really helpful, all the gym equipments are of good quality. Great place to work out with budget deals and very good atmosphere. Separate time schedules for ladies and gents. If you live nearby DD Nagar and need a place to burn your extra fats or want to get into the summer bod than this is the place you want to be.
10/10 would recommend.
