This is a multi speciality gym ..trainers and trainees have good behavior all are at their best ...loved it

An old school gym. One of the oldest gyms in Calicut. It's nearly 25 years old. Not well maintained nowadays. But good enough for beginners who don't wanna spend a huge amount on fancy gyms. Needs a lot of maintenance

The worst place I have been. They have so many unwanted rules such as ladies who have joined for ladies batch cannot alter their batch timings. They said only one hour workout not more than that. They only concentrate on PT students... I have been to many gyms round India but here I couldn't enjoy my workout and had to cancel my admission. No professionalism, no ethics etc... There must be people who join for time pass but I wasn't that so couldn't fit
