The gym is really good and if you are a fresher then you don't need to worry as the trainers out there will make sure that you are not left behind.
You will get good guidance as per your requirements. Also the music played is very good. There is a lot of flexibility with the time as there are various slots. Charges are also reasonable.

The gym is just great with the ambience and the equipments but there are lots of ego clashes between personal trainers and some clients. That's the only drawback I've seen in the gym.

Well equipped. Good only if you opt for personal trainer. No concept of general training. If you dont choose a PT, they will just ignore you or keep on pressing for PT. Too much a buisiness place.

They should see other gym in calicut. Even local gym have more equipments. Only foxus if you take personal training. I taken membership such as waste gym...

Awesome gym with all facilities, good trainers and nice music. One of the best at calicut.

It a good gym equipped with good enough machines and all not to mention its air conditioned ...but for the price we pay there, In my opinion its not that great. There maintainance seems to be on lower end which means some things in there either not working completely or partially working. The instructors are good and sometimes they will be busy with personal training other peoples, but they will assist ASAP if we ask for something. Parking is available near the gym itself.

It's definitely the best gym where one can get personal training unlike any other in Kozhikode city .
The rates are just a bit high , but is definitely compromised when compared to the service provided by the firm.
Very motivating trainers and ambiance is just awesome as well .
