One of the best gyms in Kannur must visit everything is there like boxing, treatment, exercise and the trainer's there are very good!! I really recommend this place

Not bad. Friendly female trainer. Can be improved with better administration, air conditioning and maintenance of common spaces such as the changing rooms. Overall still a good choice for women as they have women only slots every day as well as mixed slots the rest of the day.

One of the best and professional experience in fitness and health delivering through fitness cafe, I can suggest every one even not any concerned of ages and difficulties because they are doing good rehabilitation practices if required so fitness cafe must be your prime spot of work out.
